We can also add 4 Jay-be beds to bring the total to 29 guests. These can be placed in either Bedroom 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 or 9. Bedrooms 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are zip & link so they can be separated. Towels are provided, per person: 1 hand towel and a bath sheet. Please bring your own towels for the hot tub. We do NOT provide shower gel, shampoo or conditioner.

Soak in the 6-seater hot tub, challenge friends to football, badminton, or cricket, or enjoy classic garden games on the lawn. With outdoor seating for 24, two BBQs, and plenty of space to roam, it’s the ideal setting for sunny afternoons, laughter-filled evenings, and making the most of the countryside air.

Booking Information

  • 30% rental deposit is due upfront

  • Rental Balance is due 12 weeks prior to stay

  • Damage deposit is £1,500 and is due 10 days prior to arrival. (This damage deposit is fully refundable 10 days after your stay providing no damage/spillages occur) ( The damage deposit increases to £2,500 for stag groups)

  • Payments must be made by bank transfer

  • We require a mobile telephone number for the person booking

  • When we take your damage deposit, we will ask for photo ID of the person paying for the booking.

  • The lead booker/payer must be present at check-in as they are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to the terms & conditions plus owner house rules.
